Building Value Champions

A renowned multinational seeking to qualify for GPTW certification, this project aimed at creating ‘Value Champions’ who can facilitate sessions to inspire colleagues on the organization’s core values. Through a series of L&D interventions undertaken in partnership with key HR stakeholders, we designed and developed multiple instruments (FGD, surveys, Train The Trainer, Assessments, etc.), and later conducted workshops to empower catalysts.

TNA for Cultural Transformation

One of India's largest petroleum refineries entrusted us with the responsibility to dig out latent training needs of its largest employee base, right at the bottom of pyramid. The real challenge was uncovered when other limiting factors came to sight that slowed down the pace of entire learning culture within the regional plant. This resulted in a detailed Training Need Analysis, done via focus group discussions, online & pen/paper surveys, finally resulting in key recommendations to rework the cultural elements at all levels of the organization.

Transforming Young Managers Into Capable Leaders

An L&D initiative conducted at a global scale in a reputed US based MNC covered content development, workshop facilitation, and evaluation of learning effectiveness to sensitize and enable managers to think like leaders, and balance the people-task nature of their role. Based on the post-assessment scores after 6 – 9 months of this program, the results were above expectations — more than 80% of participants showed a positive change in their leadership styles, acknowledged by immediate in-line supervisors
